cash. Kami mencoba memesan Volcano Nakedmen Rp 35 ribu. Kami memilih Beef Yakiniku Don Rp 38 ribu. Tampilannya sungguh menggoda karena irisan tipis daging sapi terlihat cukup Devi S. Lestari / detikFoodDaging berbumbu yakiniku pada sajian nasi khas Jepang ini memang cukup banyak. Irisannya tipis namun lebar, teksturnya empuk dan bumbu yakinikunya banyak. Gurih mantap! Tsukuyomi’s tonkotsu ramen from Tsukuyomi Where to go for some of the best bowls of the Japanese noodle soup in the city by Updated Sep 8, 2022, 1257pm EDT View as Map Tsukuyomi’s tonkotsu ramen from Tsukuyomi For years, diners struggled to find a decent bowl of classic Japanese ramen in Montreal. But now, the city has many venues where they can procure the noodles and broth, and deciding where to go may even prompt a slippery investigation Who’s ladling the most balanced broth? Whose noodles contain the optimum amount of alkalinity? What’s better, audacity and originality or remaining faithful to tradition? Here are 13 options that check the right boxes — be it with shio salt, shoyu soy sauce, miso fermented soybean, or tonkotsu pork bone broth. Read More Montrealers quickly embraced animal-free Umami as a home run after it opened in 2019. That's because you'll hardly miss that pork belly with noodles and tofu made in-house from organic ingredients and a shoyu broth with yuba bean curd skin and tomato confit. Want to recreate the meal at home? Umami is opening a Mont-Royal Avenue grocery store selling its ingredients in October 2022. Open in Google Maps When downtown Montreal reached peak ramen a few years ago, Mile End was left in the dust — until this soup shop opened up. It keeps things simple by offering ramen with some side dishes and matcha cheesecake for dessert.
